Roof Rejuvenation Temple Terrace offers these services to properties in Temple Terrace, Hillsborough County, and neighbouring communities: asphalt shingle roof rejuvenation, roof rejuvenation assessments, pre-treatment roof tune-ups, roof soft washing and algae stain removal, roof re-treatment and maintenance plans, commercial and HOA roof rejuvenation, roof rejuvenation for home sellers and buyers, and tile roof cleaning and sealing.

We match a service to a roof only once we have inspected it. Rejuvenation is an asphalt-shingle product; leaks, storm damage and structural faults need other remedies, and tile, metal and flat roofs never receive it.

Appointments and Estimates

Visits are booked by telephone. Any price we give is based on the roof as we found it on the day and holds for the period we tell you. Should the work uncover something that alters the scope, we will discuss it with you first.

Washing, treatment and sealing all need dry weather, so appointments can move when rain is expected.

Intellectual Property

We own the text, layout and pictures here, or hold the right to show them. Ask us in writing before reusing any of it commercially.
